Petit Fer a Cheval

Yves used to work here, at this small but historic cafe in the Marais area of Paris.  It didn’t dissapoint.  We started with a Charcuterie and Cheese plate, then had Veal filet with carrots, haricot verts, and potato dauphine, plus Lamb Steak with bacon and carrots.  I forget what we drank, but it was red and came in a carafe, not a bottle.  Very local Paris experience.
