I love this article What’s Hot and What’s Not  at www.whatscook.in  about food trends for 2011, and agree with 90% of it (not sous vide cooking!).  Hooray for great spices, more heirloom;  I can stand fewer “new” berries!  Less truffle oil, more tiny, satisfying bites of great charcuterie, and really great tasting chicken!
