Pablo’s CantinaPosted: July 3, 2011
We made our first visit to Pablo’s in the District in Tustin, and really enjoyed it. They feature a very full traditional Mexican menu, with everything made from fresh high quality ingredients including the drinks. The Margerita is huge and tasty. The Posole Rojo soup is incredible, garnished with extra cilantro, cabbage, radish, serrano. Really rich broth with two chiles. We also enjoyed Barramundi Veracruzano, and Carne Asade Quesadilla. The salsas (mild verde and hotter red) were great. Can’t wait to try their Carnitas and other dishes. We had no room for dessert on this visit, but I’m looking forward to trying their caramel flan and chocolate cayenne flan, and the Mexican bread pudding.
