25 Ridiculously Healthy Foods

I love it when Eat This, Not That publishes these great lists of what to eat, and what not to eat (that’s their purpose, right?), and this weeks post has 25 foods that are good for you.  I can eat all but one of them (I’m allergic to figs!).

All of them are incredibly obvious, like olive oil, nuts, avocados, blueberries, but isn’t it nice to have a reminder of what we already love and want to eat, and is really good for us too?
