November Superfoods

Even though harvest season is over, this time of year is really ripe for delicious nutritious food.  As we prepare to gorge ourselves next week on stuff full of fat, carbs and calories (don’t worry – I’ll be right there with ya), here is a great report to keep tucked in the back of your mind:  November Superfoods.

    Gorgeous photo. I need the recipes now! Gotta go shopping.

  2. For sweet potatoes like the picture, I would just cut them in chunks, toss in olive oil, salt & pepper, and roast at 425 for 30-40 minutes, turning the pieces over once midway. For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of cayenne, or cinnamon.
