Secrets of Master Chefs

I really liked this piece from Eat This, Not That, with 30 Secrets from Master Chefs.

I was very proud that I knew about half of them already (like resting your meat, mixing butter and olive oil, adding pasta cooking water to sauces, cooking in pre-heated pans), and very glad to learn the ones I didn’t know or needed to be reminded about (like timing your salting, pre-warming meat before cooking, spraying vinegar on food, shopping on Wednesday, and reviving overcooked meat).

Check it out;  I think you will be entertained.
